How to: Move a button within the Shortcut Bar or to a different toolbar.
Solution:
Press and hold down ALT and click once on the toolbar button.
1) To move a button to a different area of the same Office toolbar:
a) Press and hold down ALT and click once on the toolbar button.
b) Continue pressing ALT while dragging the button to the new location on the toolbar.
2) To move a button to a different toolbar on the Office Shortcut bar:
a) Press and hold ALT and click once on the toolbar button.
b) Continue pressing ALT while dragging the button to the new location onto the toolbar icon on the Shortcut Bar.
